Partners are independent contractors and not employees of Sewaport. Partners are responsible for their own tools, safety equipment, and the quality of work provided to customers.

Sewaport serves as a marketplace matching platform and does not provide tools or direct supervision for on-site services.

Sewaport is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform or the services provided by partners.
